We appreciate your concern for the growing problem society faces today: Discrimination against milk, or discreamination. Since mankind milked the first cow, people have been waging war betwixt themselves, placing what is considered “better milk” before others. Skim milk, soy milk, chocolate milk, and fat-free milk are all important, and all deserve the kind of treatment that whole milk gets from its community, from its buyers, and from the world.
